Payment Policy – AMP KART

At AMP KART, we offer secure and convenient payment options for our customers.

1. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.)
• Debit Card / Credit Card
• Net Banking

2. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for selected products and locations.
Orders placed using COD may be verified via call or WhatsApp before dispatch.

3. Payment Confirmation
For prepaid orders, payment must be successfully completed before order processing.

4. Failed Transactions
In case of failed transactions, the deducted amount (if any) will be refunded automatically within 5–7 business days as per your bank’s policy.

5. Refund Process
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

6. Pricing & Charges
All prices are listed in INR. Additional charges such as shipping or taxes (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

7. Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to cancel any order if fraudulent activity or suspicious transaction is detected.
