Return and Refund Policy

- Wrong item was delivered
2. Return Request Time
Customers must request a return within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Proof Requirement
Customers must provide clear photo/video proof of the issue for verification.
4. Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The product is used or damaged by the customer
- The customer does not like the product
- Size, color, or preference issues
5. Refund Process
- Refund will be processed after verification
- Refund will be credited within 5β7 business days
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method or store credit (if applicable)
6. Replacement
In case of damaged or defective products, replacement may be provided instead of refund.
7. Return Approval
All returns are subject to approval after inspection.
8. Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.
9. Fraud Protection
We reserve the right to reject return requests in case of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
In case of returns (if applicable), shipping or delivery charges will be borne by the customer.

Returns are applicable only within 3 days (72 hours) from the date of delivery.

11. Unboxing Video Requirement
If the customer receives a damaged, defective, or wrong product, a clear unboxing video is mandatory.
The video must:
- Start before opening the package
- Clearly show the packaging and product condition
If valid video proof is provided, the return or replacement will be accepted.
If no video proof is available, the return request will not be accepted for damaged/defective claims.

If the correct product has been delivered and the customer still wants to return it:
